Picasso created this amusing original print at the ripe age of 78, after enjoying a prosperous life filled with fame, fortune and of course many women. Picasso’s women were a major part of his personal and artistic timeline, and Picasso’s The Lord and the Dame is reflective of Picasso’s unyielding interest in portraying the male/female sexual dynamic.
